What to expect from ROS PAINTING  

PROCESS AND SERVICES

INTERIOR PAINTING PREPARATION
Preparation is the key to a beautiful and durable finish
* Protect items not to be painted, such as floors, furnishings and appliances, with drop clothes, masking paper, and cover plastic
* Remove doors, hardware, electrical outlet plates and switch plates as needed. Also, drop and/or mask light fixtures as needed
* Fill cracks and holes in surfaces to be painted
* Remove command strips, stencils, stickers and silicone caulkings
* Apply primer to areas repaired and bare surfaces to be painted
* Scuff sand surfaces to be painted
* Clean surfaces to be painted
Note:  Cost Estimate will reflect requested and/or required services.

APPLICATION
Application of superior paint/coating products, for the very best appearance and durability
* Textured ceiling and/or walls are carefully sprayed, or rolled and brushed
* Smooth ceilings and/or walls are rolled and brushed with a thick consistent finish
* Casings, moldings and doors will have a straight edge
Note:  Cost Estimate will reflect requested and/or required services.

CLEAN UP, INSPECTION AND TOUCH-UP
Clean up debris, inspect completed work and touch-up as necessary prior to final walk-through
* Clean up debris created in the completion of the painting project
* Remove protective coverings and carefully returning furnishings and appliances back into place
* Reinstall all removed items, such as doors, hardware, switch plates, etc...
* Inspect all work and touch-up as needed
* Leftover paint/coatings is left at project site for customer (paint/coatings are documented on contract)

EXTERIOR PAINTING PREPARATION

* Protect items not to be painted, such as walkways, flower beds, shrubs, trees and vehicles near painting area, with drop clothes, masking paper, and plastic
* Mask doors, hardware, electrical outlet plates and light fixtures as needed
* Fill cracks and holes in surfaces to be painted
* Apply primer to areas repaired and bare surfaces to be painted
* Scuff sand surfaces to be painted
* Clean surfaces to be painted
